Outdoor Training

Kerry takes an outdoor training class once a week which is highly motivating, exciting, functional and a total body workout.

This is a one hour class and is conducted in different parts of the North Shore from the stairs at Kennedy Park to Milford Beach.

This is a class designed to get fit quick and some of the added benefits include

This particular program caters for a wide range of participants and fitness levels.
